Job summary

Woodlake Legacy Senior Living in Lakewood, CO is hiring a Caregiver to assist residents with daily living activities, provide companionship, and foster a warm, compassionate environment.

This role includes bathing, dressing, grooming, meal assistance, and keeping living areas clean and safe. Applicants should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, current BLS/CPR certification, and the ability to lift 25 pounds; prior caregiving experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior caregiving experience preferred.
• Active BLS/CPR certification.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds and be able to perform frequent bending.
• Must have knowledge of caregiving practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Providing companionship, emotional support, and a friendly presence to residents.
• Assisting with meal preparation and serving.
• Supporting residents in maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
• Documenting care provided and reporting changes in residents' conditions.
