Job summary

Woodlake Legacy Senior Living is seeking a compassionate caregiver to assist residents with daily living activities and provide companionship in Lakewood, CO. The role supports residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal service while promoting a safe, clean environment.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, prior caregiving experience preferred, and a current BLS/CPR certification. Lifting 25 pounds and frequent bending are required for this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous Caregiving experience either in Assisted Living or other health care setting preferred.
• Active BLS/CPR certification.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds and be able to perform frequent bending.
• Must have knowledge of practices and procedure of caregiving care sufficient enough to follow accepted practices.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Providing companionship, emotional support, and a friendly presence to residents.
• Assisting with meal preparation and serving.
• Supporting residents in maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
• Documenting care provided and reporting changes in residents' conditions.
