Job summary

Benedictine Living Community-Northfield, in Northfield, MN, is seeking a Resident Assistant for a part-time morning shift (7 am - 3:15 pm). You will support residents with daily living activities, maintain their environment, observe and document needs, and assist with onboarding new Associates.

Ideal candidates show strong communication, English literacy, and a patient, compassionate approach to elder care. This role is located on-site at Benedictine Living Community-Northfield.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18+ to operate lift equipment per statute.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.
