Responsibilities

1. Support residents with daily living activities and help maintain their personal environment.
2. Provide observation and documentation of resident care.
3. Assist with onboarding of new associates.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain the assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be at least 18 years old to operate lift equipment per state regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

Salary Range

Our Resident Assistants work under the supervision of the Director of Nursing to provide quality care to our seniors. We are seeking qualified care professionals with a heart for seniors.
