Job summary

Personal Care Senior Living in Minnesota is seeking dependable On-Call Resident Assistants to support our Andover and Columbia Heights communities. This role offers flexible, part-time on-call shifts and the chance to pick the location that fits your schedule.

You will provide daily living support, health and wellness tasks, mealtime help, and social engagement for residents. Current CNA/NAR/HHA certifications are a plus, but not required; paid training is provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent life/work experience.
• Experience with older adults, assisted living, or memory care preferred.
• Current CNA, NAR, or HHA certifications are a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Daily Living Support: dressing, grooming, bathing, mobility assistance.

The On-Call Commitment

To keep our team consistent and our residents happy, we only ask for a simple minimum commitment:

• 4 shifts per month total.
• 2 of those shifts must be on weekends.
• No forced splitting: Work at Andover, Columbia Heights, or both—it is entirely up to you.
• Unlimited Upside: Pick up as many additional open shifts as you want!

What You Will Do

As a Resident Assistant, you will provide essential personal care and health-related services that help our residents remain safe, independent, and engaged.

• Daily Living Support: Assist with dressing, grooming, bathing, and mobility.
• Health & Wellness: Administer medications and reminders (after our nursing team trains you).
• Community Care: Help with mealtimes, light housekeeping, and personal laundry.
• Observation: Monitor residents for any changes in health and report them to the nursing staff.
