Job summary

Noel Manor Retirement Living in Verona, WI is seeking a Part-Time Life Enrichment Aide to engage residents in scheduled activities and support daily programs. This role focuses on dignity, respect, and compassionate care while fostering a welcoming community.

You will assist with meal service, help prep activities, and ensure safe, tidy spaces. Weekend shift differentials apply, with base wage up to $18.50 per hour and benefits including PTO, insurance, 401k after one year.

Responsibilities

• Engage residents in scheduled activities
• Life Enrichment Aide will provide reminders/encouragement/escort to resident activities
• Maintain a clutter free environment, ensuring all activities and materials are prepped ahead of scheduled activities and cleaned up afterward
• Life Enrichment Aide will conduct activities/interests/getting to know interview meetings with all new admissions to assess interests and hobbies as directed by Life Enrichment Coordinator and Director
• Assist with meal service daily as directed
• Help ensure common areas are in excellent condition and ready for resident use/activities/social events – need to be clean, neat and organized
• Life Enrichment Aide will ensure resident safety, care and assistance needs are met prior to attending outings (sunscreen/bug spray, incontinence, meds, insulin, etc.)
• Assist with inventory of department equipment and supplies – relay (re)ordering to Life Enrichment Coordinator and Director
