Job summary

Sagora Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant for memory care at The Viera in Corpus Christi, TX. You will support residents with daily living activities, personal hygiene, mobility, and meal assistance, ensuring dignity and independence.

We value reliability, teamwork, and clear communication. CNA certification is a plus; dementia care experience is preferred. Part-time, PRN role with company benefits is available.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Dementia care experience preferred.
• CNA certification is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including wardrobe, personal hygiene, and mobility.
• Aid in daily tasks such as housekeeping, telephone use, laundry, transportation, and mail delivery.
• Participate in programming for residents and conduct rounds to monitor safety and changes in condition.
• Escort residents to dining room, assist in meals, and provide support as needed.
