Leisure Care is seeking a Resident Assistant II to join our team in our managed communities. In this role, you will provide compassionate, hands-on support for residents, assist with daily living activities, help with medications, and may step in as shift lead.

We value a caring, positive attitude; prior caregiving experience and active CNA is a plus. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential. This is a full-time role with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience preferred.
• Active CNA is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Make observations, record changes, and communicate resident needs with the team.
• Support new team members with orientation and training.
• Build strong, respectful relationships with residents, families, and co-workers.
• Pitch in with light housekeeping or laundry tasks as needed.
