Job summary

HumanGood is seeking a Resident Assistant for full-time nights in our Assisted Living community in Santa Barbara, CA. You will support residents with personal care, monitor safety, and promote independence under supervision.

Position requires weekend/holiday availability, CPR certification, and prior caregiving or memory-support experience. Shifts are 11:00 PM–7:00 AM with a 4/2 rotation; on-site role with solid benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

Description

HumanGood actively incorporates our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” Provides assistance in the personal care and protection of the residents in the assisted living level of care. Develops awareness of residents’ interests and needs and assists residents to maximize their independence and participation.

Shift differentials for evenings, overnights, and weekends + On-Call/Per Diem differential
Shifts & Schedule - Must have weekend and holiday availability
11:00 PM - 7:00 AM - 4/2 Rotation

To be successful in the role, you would have:

• Prior caregiving or memory support experience
• Current CPR Certification
