Victoria House Assisted Living in Austintown, OH is hiring a Resident Assistant for the 3pm–11pm shift or 12-hour shifts. No experience required; training provided. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is offered for qualified applicants. This is an ESOP-friendly, employee-owned environment with opportunities for advancement.

Experience and Skills

• The Resident Assistant is responsible for assisting residents withtheir ADL's which could include bathing, washing, dressing, servingand collecting food trays. Helping with other tasks such asrecreational and social activities.
• No Experience- No Problem-Training will be provided
