Job summary

Benedictine Living Community-Red Wing is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant for FT evenings (2:30pm - 10:30pm) in Red Wing, MN. You will assist residents with daily living activities, observe and document changes, and help onboard new associates within a caring, non-profit senior care setting.

Responsibilities include supporting daily living tasks, maintaining resident environments, and contributing to a compassionate team culture that aligns with our core values.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statue.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.
