Job summary

Diamond Willow Assisted Living & Memory Care – Proctor, MN is seeking a part-time Resident Assistant. You will assist residents with daily activities, ensure dignity, comfort and safety, and support team-based care in a compassionate home-like setting.

Responsibilities include bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility support, medication assistance, and dementia care. Flexible shifts, PTO, benefits for full-time, and CNA certification reimbursement are offered.

Qualifications

• MUST PASS a DHS Background Study
• Must be 18 years or older; CNA license exception may apply per regulations
