Job summary

Lawrence Healthcare is seeking a Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities, nutrition, recreation and social engagement. The role includes maintaining clean resident spaces and equipment, and assisting with routine administrative tasks such as answering phones and guiding residents to appointments.

Successful candidates will complete CNA classes within 3 months of hire and may benefit from opportunities for professional growth within the geriatric care setting at

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a healthcare geriatric setting is a plus.
• Must attend and successfully complete C.N.A classes within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with their nutritional, recreational and social activities.
• General cleanliness of residents' rooms and equipment.
• Administrative tasks such as answering phones, greeting visitors, taking residents to in-house appointments and documenting resident care.
