Job summary

Benedictine Northfield is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant to join our team. You will support residents with daily living activities, help create a safe and caring home, and build meaningful relationships while promoting independence.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and completion of medication administration training. You must be 18+ to operate lift equipment and hold a BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting with daily living activities.
• Ability to document observations clearly.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to read/write in English.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supports residents with daily living activities.
• Provides observation and documentation.
• Assists with onboarding of new Associates.
• Must complete and maintain medications administration training and competencies.
• Must be 18+ to operate lift equipment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
