Responsibilities

• Uphold Sodalis philosophy to maintain/improve residents' quality of care and life.
• Provide direct activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, engagement.
• Maintain health and wellness records in paper and electronic formats.
• Perform daily tasks: laundry and housekeeping.
• Prepare and serve meals; assist residents with meals as needed.
• Report concerns to management promptly.
• Train and mentor new staff members.
• Communicate changes in condition to Team Leader and Wellness Director, including medications when relevant.
• Communicate with residents' families.
