Part‑time

Walker Methodist Place is an established and elegant senior living community offering housing with services and located in a quiet southwest Minneapolis neighborhood.

Walker Methodist Place seeks Resident Assistants to provide hands‑on personal care to meet each resident’s physical health and hygiene needs according to their individual care plan and under the direction of a nurse.

Schedule

• Part‑time: 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm and 5:00 pm to 10:30 pm. On‑call shifts are also available.
• All schedules include working every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Sensitivity to resident needs and ability to build positive relationships.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a healthcare environment, specifically medication administration and vital signs.
• Basic computer skills with experience or ability to learn electronic health record systems.
• Ability to work independently to meet individual client needs.
