Job summary

The Waters is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to provide compassionate personal care and support for residents under the supervision of a nurse. You will assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, and daily tasks while maintaining dignity and respect.

Qualifications

• Certification as CNA and current registration
• Proven ability to read, write, and follow directions in English
• Experience in senior care preferred
• Able to learn and use EHR systems
• Compassion for hospitality, service, and excellence in senior care

Responsibilities

• Provides personal care services including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, and other care as designated
• Assist residents in dining
• Provides homemaking tasks
• Responds to and reports changes in resident's health status and/or recommendations for changes to the care plan
• Completes thorough daily charting
• Collaborates with team members to deliver The Waters Way
