Job summary

Park Vista in Wisconsin Rapids is seeking compassionate Resident Assistants to provide daily care and document services per each resident's ISP. You will assist with activities, meals, and personal care, while ensuring safety and dignity for residents.

Qualifications

• Experience providing resident care per ISP (Plan of Care).
• Report changes of conditions to DON promptly.
• Respond promptly to emergency calls and take appropriate action.
• Assist with activities on weekends/evenings and meals as required.
• Perform cleaning and laundry duties as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Resident Assistant will perform and document resident cares and services according to ISP (Plan of Care) per policies
• Report changes of conditions and variations of resident care to DON (Director of Nursing)
• Respond promptly to all emergency response calls and take appropriate action
• Facilitate activities on the weekends and in the evenings as required
• Serve meals/feed residents during mealtimes as required
• Perform cleaning and laundry duties as necessary
• Fill in for open shifts as necessary
• Monitor vital signs per ISP (Plan of Care) and document
• Answer and respond to all resident calls/alarms
• Medication reminders or management per resident ISP and training

JOB TITLE: Resident Assistant

HOURS: Part-Time andFull-Time available on AM and PM shifts

RESIDENT ASSISTANT SHIFT HOURS:

• AM Shift 6:00AM - 2:00PM
• PM Shift 2:00PM - 10:00PM

RESIDENT ASSISTANT BASE WAGE: $19.10 - $20.10 per hour, plus:

• PM SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL: $0.75 per hour
• WEEKEND SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL: $2.00 per hour

RESIDENT ASSISTANT ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Resident Assistant will perform and document resident cares and services according to ISP (Plan of Care) per policies
