Purpose of Your Job Position

The primary purpose of your job is to provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents according to their assessment and care plan, as directed by your supervisors.

Delegation of Authority

As a resident assistant, you are delegated the necessary administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability for your duties.

Education

Must have a minimum of a 10th Grade education.

Experience

Preferably licensed as a Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.

  • Knowledge and skills to provide age-appropriate care.
