Job summary

The Ohio Masonic Communities is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant to support the physical and emotional well-being of residents in our Ohio communities. You will document resident information and ensure safety in accordance with state requirements and nursing home standards.

Full-time, part-time and PRN positions are available across day, evening, and night shifts; candidates should provide compassionate care, observe conditions, and maintain high customer service for residents while

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience.
• Must have current CPR/First Aid certification or be open to getting it shortly upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs personal care tasks for residents.
• Provides exceptional customer service to each and every resident.
• Observes and records resident condition information.
• Transfers and/or lifts residents.
• Carries out universal precautions.
• Complies with all aspects of Resident Rights.

Resident Assistants provide for the physical and emotional well-being of residents and document the same in accordance with Ohio state law and nursing home standards.
