Job summary

Shorewood Senior Campus in Rochester, MN is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant to join our diverse team in a senior living community. The role focuses on resident-centered care and maintaining dignity for every individual we serve.

At shift times from 7 am-3:30 pm, 3:00-11:30 pm, and 11 pm-7:30 am, you will assist with personal cares and mobility, support residents’ independence, and contribute to a warm, caring environment. Weekend and holiday rotation are included.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and carry out directions.
