Job summary

Benedictine Health System is seeking a Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities, provide compassionate care, and build meaningful relationships in a community-based setting.

In this role you will observe, document, and assist with onboarding new Associates while ensuring high-quality resident care and safety. Strong communication and English proficiency are essential; BLS certification is required.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18+ to operate lift equipment per statute.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.
