Job summary

Friendsview in Newberg, OR is seeking a full-time evening Resident Assistant to support older adults with daily tasks, helping maintain independence and dignity.

You will work evenings (2:15pm–10:30pm) with a starting pay of $17.00–$18.30/hr plus a $2.00/hr shift differential, for a total around $19.00–$20.30/hr. Benefits are included and weekends are required. 18+ and caregiving experience are required.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old
• minimum 6+ months continuous caregiving experience
• Willingness to learn and be part of a supportive team
• CPR/ 1st Aid certified a plus!

We’re hiring afull-time evening Resident Assistantto join our Health Services Department. In this role, you’ll support older adults with daily tasks like dressing, bathing, and meals—always with respect, kindness, and a focus onhonoring their independence and choices.

Schedule & Pay:

Evening Shift:2:15pm – 10:30 pm

Starting Pay:$17.00–$18.30/hr. (DOE)

Shift Differential:+ $2.00/hr. for evening shift
