We’re hiring a full‑time evening Resident Assistant to join our Health Services Department. In this role, you’ll support older adults with daily tasks like dressing, bathing, and meals—always with respect, kindness, and a focus on honoring their independence and choices.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Helping residents with personal care (eating, grooming, bathing, dressing)
• Supporting a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment
• Building real relationships and making someone's day, every day

Schedule & Pay

• Sunday - Thursday Day Shift (3 positions)
• Friday - Monday Evening Shift (1 position open)
• Tuesday - Saturday Evening Shift (1 position)

Starting Pay: $17.00–$18.30/hr. (DOE)

Shift Differential: + $2.00/hr. for evening shift

Full‑Time Position with Benefits
