Job description

Meadow Brook Senior Living is seeking to hire a full-time Resident Assistant. The caregiver responsibilities include:

Shifts Available:

• Part-Time Day Shift: 6a-2:30p
• Part-Time Evening Shift: 2p-10:30p
• Full-Time Evening Shift: 2p-10:30p
• Part-Time Nights: 10p-6:30a

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct resident care in accordance with each resident's individualized plan of care.
• Documentation of care.
• Promote resident rights and honor residents’ choice.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities utilizing company memory support programs.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for all residents.
• Promote and support teamwork.
