Resident Assistant (RA) - Position Summary:

The Resident Assistant (RA) provides tenants with high-quality direct routine care in activities of daily living, under supervision of the licensed nurse or AL Clinical Manager. Responsibilities include applying skills in basic nursing, personal care, and restorative services, while understanding mental health and social service needs, especially for cognitively impaired tenants. The RA is part of an interdisciplinary team focused on promoting independence and well-being.

• Experience in healthcare; experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred
