Job summary

Cambridge Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a full-time, non-direct care staff member to join a collaborative team. You will assist with day-to-day tasks, respond to resident needs, and support operations in a warmly remodeled facility.

Required are strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with residents from diverse backgrounds. US work authorization is preferred; High school diploma or equivalent is desirable.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.

• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supports residents and team in a non-direct care role.
• Assists with bed-making and internal transporting as needed.
• Answers resident call lights and delivers meals where required.
• Performs assigned tasks to support daily operations.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

• US work authorization (Preferred)
