Job summary

The Geneva Suites in Bloomington, MN is seeking a caring Resident Assistant (CNA/HHA/PCA) to support residents with daily living, medications as delegated, and engaging activities in a small home setting.

You will follow care plans, document in Residex, ensure safety, assist with meals, and participate in trainings. The role offers day, evening, and overnight shifts with pay range of $18–$21 per hour plus shift differentials.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• CNA or HHA certification preferred.
• Assisted living or senior care experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and mobility assistance.
• Administer medications as delegated.
• Follow care plans and report condition changes.
• Document care accurately in Residex.
• Ensure safety and infection control compliance.
• Assist with meals with dignity and respect.
• Engage residents through conversation and activities.
• Maintain clean, organized resident spaces.

8 hour Shifts | Day (6a - 2p) | Evenings (2p-10p) | Overnight (10 p-6a)

The Geneva Suites Residential Assisted Living locations - Bloomington, Burnsville, Eagan, Edina, Eden Prairie

Range - $18–$21 per hour + shift differentials

Position Summary

As a Resident Assistant, you provide direct care while building meaningful relationships with residents. This is not task-based caregiving, it is relationship-centered care in a small home environment. You will assist with resident engagement, activities of daily living, and medication administration, while always ensuring safety and dignity.
