Job summary

Majestic Residences is seeking a Caregiver “Resident Ambassador” to work in one of our upscale assisted living home communities. You will build strong relationships with residents while assisting with activities of daily living in a family‑like environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of caregiving experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to complete a background check.
• Certification for CPR/First Aid.
• Certification for Food Handler.
• Able to navigate Synkwise or similar cloud-based platforms for healthcare providers.
• State-specific caregiver certification.

Responsibilities

• Direct Patient Care: Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
• Vital Signs Monitoring/Documentation/Data Analysis: Take, record, and document vital signs, record test results, and report findings to healthcare providers.
• Sample Collection/Laboratory Testing: Collect blood, urine, or other specimens for testing and perform basic tests.
• Mobility Assistance: Help patients with mobility by transferring them in and out of beds or wheelchairs and assisting with walking.
• Nutritional Assistance: Cook nutritious meals and assist residents who cannot feed themselves.
• Patient Comfort: Maintain a clean and comfortable environment for patients, including changing bed linen.
• Patient Safety: Monitor residents for distress or condition changes and report to nursing staff.
• Medication Administration/Charting: Administer prescribed medications and document treatments, ensuring compliance with policies.
