Job summary

Qualifications

• High School or GED required (or equivalent).
• CNA license in state of practice, or Medication Aide license within 120 days.
• Less than 1 year experience in a people-focused role; food service experience helpful."

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including meals, medications, bathing, housekeeping and laundry.
• Administer resident medications according to policy and procedure where trained.
• Document vitals and changes in resident condition accurately and timely.
• Report changes to the Nurse to ensure continuity of care.
• Prepare rooms and belongings for admission, transfer, or discharge.
