Job summary

Solid Ground in Seattle is seeking a Resident Advocate for Santos Place to ensure 24/7 staff presence and support residents. Weekend shifts cover Friday through Sunday with day and swing options.

You will assist the case manager, provide life skills training, enforce program rules, document services, and coordinate with community partners to promote housing stability and resident safety.

Qualifications

• Advocates for residents with cultural sensitivity and competency in daily interactions.
• Assists with crisis intervention and life skills education as needed.
• Supports team-based approaches to resident well-being and safety.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 24/7 staff presence and support for residents.
• Assist case manager and document services in the client database.
• Promote safety, Mediate conflicts, and provide crisis support as needed.
• Complete shift logs and communicate shift details to supervisors.
• Orient new residents and participate in team meetings and supervision.
