Job summary

Valley Youth House is seeking a Resident Advisor to empower adolescents through supervision and support of their individual plans. The role includes on-site presence during assigned shifts, ensuring a safe environment while engaging clients in meaningful activities.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older, with experience working with adolescents.
• Possess sound judgment and knowledge of adolescent development.
• Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
