Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a variety of recreational and therapeutic activities for residents.
• Assist residents in participating safely and confidently in scheduled activities.
• Maintain attendance records and observations related to residents' responses to activities.
• Collaborate with nursing staff, therapists, and families to tailor activities to care plans.
• Prepare materials and spaces for activities, ensuring a clean, safe environment.
• Monitor residents during activities to ensure safety and address issues promptly.
• Participate in team meetings and training to stay informed about best practices.
