You will lead hourly programs, assist with transportation to activities, and support the Activities Director, requiring a high school diploma and a caring, team-focused attitude.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
Must enjoy taking care of others and be a team player
Prefer at least one-year prior experience working with elders or in a Memory Care setting
Oral and Written English Communication Skills
A teamwork attitude

Responsibilities

Lead hourly programs for individuals and groups.
Transport and assist residents to and from activities.
Support Activities Director in all necessary programming.
Engage residents with meaningful activities to promote cognitive function, physical health, socialization, and emotional well-being.
