Job summary

North Shore Healthcare is seeking an enthusiastic Activities Aide for Colonial Health Services, with weekend rotation required. The role supports Life Enrichment activities to enhance residents' well-being and engagement in the Wisconsin community.

Part-time PM/AM shifts, growth potential, and a focus on resident-centered care are offered. Join a leading post-acute care network with a mission to deliver compassionate, high-quality care to residents and families.

Qualifications

• High School diploma (or equivalent) is required.
• Excellent communication skills are essential for resident interactions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage residents.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and leading group and 1:1 activities.
• Escort residents to and from activities ensuring safety and independence.
• Support with setup, materials, and cues during programs.
• Report changes in resident mood or abilities to supervisors.
• Help maintain monthly activity calendars and prepare supplies.
