Job summary

Bellevue Post Acute is seeking a compassionate Activities Assistant to support residents through meaningful social, recreational, cognitive, and therapeutic activities. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Additional certification in activities, recreation, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with gathering information to update activity assessments and care plans.
• Provide individual and group activities aligned with residents’ interests and abilities.
• Support residents’ physical, cognitive, emotional, and social well-being through diverse programs.
• Observe responses and communicate changes to the Activity Director and care team.
• Maintain activity calendars and ensure calendars are posted and accessible.
