Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License and must be at least 21 yrs of age.
• Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required per AH policy.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, maintaining and directing activity programs for residents.
• Visit residents, assist with crafts/projects and communicate with families.
• Arrange transportation and assist with admissions/discharges and documentation.
