Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid NC Driver's License; CDL preferred or ability to obtain CDL.

Responsibilities

• Assists in planning, promoting, and leading activities based on residents' needs and interests.
• Encourages social communication through group activities.
• Assists residents with participation in religious programs and leisure activities.
• Aids monthly newsletter and activities calendar.
• Maintains and stores activities supplies; helps with volunteer programs.
• Transports residents to and from activity programs.
• Supports admissions assessments, MDS, care plans and progress notes per policies.
• Facilitates community interaction programs.
