Job summary

Catholic Care Center in Bel Aire, KS is seeking an Activity Aide to implement individual and group activities for residents under RN supervision. You will assist with patient/resident care and communicate with residents, families and health team members.

The role runs 8:00am-4:30pm with responsibilities including activity preparation, care documentation, and escorting residents to events. CNA required with CPR preferred.

Qualifications

• GED or a High School Diploma is preferred.
• Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) is required.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up scheduled activities.
• Escort residents to scheduled activities.
• Transport residents on ministry outings.
• Document and manage Activity Daily Sheets.
• Organize and schedule community events.
• Support plan of care developed by RN/LPN.
