Vista Senior Living Management's Eden Vista Rock Run is seeking a Full-Time Activity Aide to enrich residents' lives. The role runs Tuesday through Saturday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, providing engaging activities and tracking progress.

Ideal candidates are passionate about working with people, have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and can adapt to changing situations while maintaining care and kindness toward residents.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with planning, coordinating and implementing activities to meet residents' physical, spiritual, emotional and intellectual needs.
• Create environments where moments of joy, independence, and wellness are the focus each day.
• Help design programs to encourage socialization among residents.
• Provide entertainment, relaxation, and fulfillment and improve daily living skills.
• Prepare and maintain reports on residents’ progress.
• Ensure activity areas are safe and well maintained.
• Generate enthusiasm to encourage and motivate participation.
