Responsibilities

• Develop and plan activities including group social activities.
• Coordinate spiritual programs and attendance at houses of worship.
• Provide opportunities for resident involvement in planning and implementation of activities.
• Create arts, crafts, music, drama and educational programs.
• Plan and oversee exercise activities and a monthly activity calendar.
• Oversee Activity Aides and train volunteers as appropriate.
• Assess resident needs and develop activity goals for the care plan.
• Document progress notes and review resident goals.
• Participate in care plan meetings and related committees.
