Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Delphi, IN is seeking an Activities Associate to lead recreational and social programs that foster community and improve residents' quality of life. You’ll design engaging activities, coordinate events, and support every resident’s participation and well-being.

Ideal candidates have a friendly, creative mindset, enjoy working with people, and are dedicated to enriching lives through inclusive, age-appropriate activities. High school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging programs by organizing activities, events, and entertainment to promote socialization and well-being for residents.
• Promote participation by communicating upcoming activities to residents and encouraging involvement.
• Tailor activities to resident needs by assessing cognitive and physical abilities to ensure inclusive, appropriate levels.
• Prepare spaces and equipment for activities, ensuring readiness for use.
• Lead and document activities including arts, crafts, games, music, exercise, and social gatherings, recording participation and outcomes.
