Qualifications

• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging programs by organizing and executing activities, events, and entertainment for residents.
• Promote participation by communicating upcoming activities to residents.
• Tailor activities to resident needs based on cognitive and physical abilities.
• Prepare for success by organizing activity spaces and ensuring supplies are ready.
• Lead and document individual and group activities and their outcomes.

Education

High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred
