Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pleasant, outgoing and compassionate demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and work in a team or independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and conducting activities with residents.
• Plan and promote recreation-based activities to stimulate the mind and body and foster social interaction.
• Provide input into the design and development of monthly recreation programs.
• Document resident attendance and participation in activities and write progress notes.
• Attend care plan meetings to coordinate activities with residents' needs as appropriate.
