Greenwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Bowling Green, KY is seeking an Activities Assistant to enhance residents' quality of life through engaging programs. You will join a collaborative team focused on kindness, innovation, and excellence while supporting daily recreation.

Responsibilities include organizing activities, promoting social interaction, documenting participation, and contributing to monthly plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pleasant, outgoing and compassionate demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and work in a team or independently.

• Provide input into the design and development of monthly recreation programs.
• Document resident attendance and participation in activities and write progress notes.
• Attend care plan meetings to coordinate activities with residents' needs as appropriate.

4. Experience in long-term care is helpful but not required.
5. Ability to work as part of a team and independently when needed.
