Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in long-term care or with elderly or disabled individuals is desirable.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Support residents in meeting recreational and social needs through planned activities.
• Assist residents with everyday tasks such as writing letters, making phone calls, or registering to vote.
• Maintain accurate records of residents' progress and activity attendance.
• Help with tasks such as delivering mail, escorting residents to programs, and maintaining plants, pets, or fish within the facility.
• Organize and assist in activities that provide entertainment, relaxation, and creative expression.
• Supply craft materials and supervise residents during craft or art activities to encourage participation.

Conhecimentos
