Prior SNF experience and NCCAP cert are preferred; HS diploma required; manager experience valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior Activity Aide/Director experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• One year in a director or managerial role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Activity Department.
• Develop and direct activity programs meeting residents' physical, emotional and psychosocial needs.
• Collaborate with care teams and participate in resident care conferences.
