Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and implement activity programs tailored to residents' needs and interests.
• Coordinate with medical staff and health facilities to support resident care.
• Perform administrative tasks such as forms and reports to the Activities Director.
• Involve residents and families in planning when possible.
• Assist with transportation arrangements when needed.
• Maintain constructive relationships with other departments and teams.
• Undertake other duties as required by the Activities Director.
