Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a similar role or related field.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and lead recreational activities to promote socialization and community building among residents.
• Collaborate with team members to develop programs for diverse interests and abilities.
• Maintain a safe and welcoming environment in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Assist with daily living activities such as meal delivery, transportation, and escort services as needed.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
• Keep accurate records of activities, attendance, and resident feedback to inform program development and evaluation.
