Village at Greenbriar is seeking a dedicated Resident Activities Aid to lead daily events and activities for residents. You will set up activities, coordinate participation, and guide games, crafts, or parties with a warm, welcoming approach.

The ideal candidate enjoys social engagement, has strong communication and interpersonal skills, and demonstrates compassion and reliability in a senior living setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar residential facility desired.
• Previous event or activity planning experience desired.
• Compassionate, understanding personality.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with other staff members and talk with residents to find out their interests, likes, and dislikes.
• Accompany residents on outings, as needed.
